We have built a database of tourism-related businesses based on the NEOSERRA integrated system to more efficiently service and support the growth and development of such businesses.

 

The Neoserra system gave us the capability to build a profile on each entrepreneur with a view to assisting them to meet future demands by the visitor and customer in line with market trends.

 

In addition to the Neoserra system, TDC thought it important to engage on social media, enabling and encouraging instant feedback to consumers.

 

We started and now manage 10 robust, island chats. These serve in assisting the business community to navigate through all of the information on current and relevant issues, including regulations during the pandemic or any other crisis.
